REAL 1700, Undergraduate
Undergraduates are asked to identify a parcel of land in the Denver metropolitan region and propose a redevelopment of the site, developing a regenerative feasibility study that highlights critical issues around the site such as stakeholder engagement, theoretical LEED rating, and financing of green enhancements of the site.
