My current research interests are focused around applying regenerative development principles to the built environment. I am currently working on projects in regenerative development thought leadership, environmental social governance (ESG), affordable housing, and mapping UN development indicators. Previous research has led to explore zoning and walkability, transportation behavior, macroeconomic determinants of real estate returns, and real estate's role in mixed asset portfolios.
