The Community Integrated Research Center (CIRC) was created as part of the CityCraft initiative to bring scholars from across the Front Range of Colorado to help the City and County of Denver to redevelop West Denver in a regenerative way. This informal group consists of members of the CityCraft team, as well as CU Denver's Urban Planning Department, DU's Real Estate and Construction Management Department, Colorado State University's Institute for the Built Environment, and Regis University's Business School.
