Objective
To be able to apply my talents and education as a creative animator and artist in an environment that will allow me to continue to grow and perfect my animation skills
Work Experience
- 2010 - Contract Animator at ArenaNet Games in Bellevue, WA. I am currently working on Guild Wars ll. I am responisble for the cloth, hair, and armor animation in the game. It has just been an amazing opportunity for me to really focus on the secondary animation and grow as an animator.
- 2008 – 2009 – Contract Cinematic Animator at Airtight Games in Redmond, WA. Dark Void—While working with the Cinematic Lead, I had the pleasure of working on the cinematics for the game. By using the basic principals of animation, such as staging and overlapping action, I brought my characters to life in a very dramatic yet realistic way. I was able to work under pressure while respecting all deadlines.
- 2007 – Art Intern at Gas Powered Games. Lip sync animation – Supreme Commander Forged Alliance—While interning for Gas Powered Games I worked side by side with the Studio Art Manager. I was able to get a great feel for life as an animator. Being apart of an animation team requires organization, enthusiasm and communication skills. I received professional guidance in my lip sync and facial animations.
